We purchased a Neptune guarantee cabin for February 2, 2025 29 day Asian cruise.  When we boarded the ship, we realized we were assigned an accessible cabin that HAL calls a Neptune Suite. The photos show that this is nothing like a Neptune Suite. It is more like an expanded Signature Suite.  Good for passengers to note if purchasing a Neptune guarantee cabin.  The cabin is aft and next door to a “true” Neptune Suite which has a wraparound balcony.
