The cabin is fully obstructed by a lifeboat but you get a partial view through the boat.  On the days the lifeboats are used as tenders you will have some noise, but it didn’t bother me.  The TV would not work most of the time and had to be rebooted. Even a different TV did not solve the problem.  I had visits with tech people, housekeeping, guest services and even the Hotel General Manager.  No one could figure it out. After 33 days I was moved to a verandah.
