We were in obstructed ocean view stateroom 4104 on Oosterdam in November of 2023.  The room is very quiet, but we found it too small for two people for any length of time.  The bed is very close to the floor-length window, just the width of the narrow bedside table.  The room is bright, with just a small view of distant sea, or down to the promenade deck.  There is a ledge for crew to work on the lifeboat just outside the window, so on occasion it lacks privacy! Outlets on the desk – there is another under the corner shelves which I think must have been used in the past for the small TV.
