Noordam 4088 is a category G obstructed ocean view cabin that is spendier than Cat H or HH. The floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of light and enough view but the lower half is definitely spoiled by the oily cable spool. I am bringing opague window film because my cruise is so long. Normal well loved loveseat and narrow hallway.  I assume it might be noisy if that tender is lowered, but I don’t know yet.
