Obstructed view.  Window is totally obstructed with boat  no view of ocean unless you look high over boat   
Near elevator n stairs   Deck 2 is casino & stage,   deck 9 spa n gym, deck 10 crow nest   For dinner you do have to walk to the other end of ship
