Photos attached of Zuiderdam cabin 10024, an inside with a window, from February 2016 Panama Canal partial transit.
The window overlooks a walkway between the cabins and the Lido retractable roof. There is no couch, the drawers under the bed are about half the size of other inside and ocean view cabins. There is no dresser, hence no added drawer space. The only storage for clothes is the closet, the small drawers under the bed, and the two nightstands. The shower is very small; if you are big or tall you might prefer another cabin.
However, on the plus side, walk out the cabin door and just to the left is another door leading to the outside Observation Deck. If you turn right, within a minute or so you are in the Crow’s Nest. And its a short walk through the private cabana area (or use the stairs just before the Crow’s Nest port entrance) to be on the front of the ship, Deck 11. I never saw more than three people up there but there are plenty of lounge chairs and clean towels for a mostly private sun deck.
