“Location, Location, Location.” We would recommend this cabin on Deck 10 (Observation Deck).
This time we chose an Inside cabin, which we haven’t done for years. The cabin is small (152 square feet I think), but certainly adequate for our needs. We didn’t have a couch or sofa, which we missed. It is of course shower only. The bathroom has a dim light setting as well as bright light setting. There are proximity lights by the bathroom door at floor level, which is a nice touch We asked our great cabin stewards to remove the tray of ice bucket, water for purchase etc so we have more countertop space. We also asked them to remove the contents of the mini-bar. Our cabin stewards did the best job EVER of making the extension cord for my CPAP machine be out of the way and thus safe: they neatly taped the cord to the wall just above the baseboard. Magnets worked well.
Why I say, “Location, Location, Location”: We were literally steps away from the outside deck 10 in one direction, and literally steps away from the Crow’s Nest with its observation lounge, lattes, shore excursions desk, and more. We regarded the Crow’s Nest as our living room. We are literally steps away from the elevator which took us down to the “music walk” with its several entertainment venues, close to the very nice “new style” library, and to the show room. The Lido was just one deck below. It is not a long walk to the other end of the ship to the Main Dining Room. It was quickest to walk on the sports deck to the dining venues. The cabin was also quite convenient to midships to elevators or stairs to the gangways or the tenders, the Pinnacle Grill, the Ocean Bar, and the front desk.
