The cabin has not been upgraded to wall mounted flat screen TV’s yet nor does it have on demand movies available. The Veendam cabins include a DVD player and access to over 1000 movie titles from its library. The cabin also lacks outlets or usb ports by the night tables. The hair dryer that is provided in the desk drawer utilizes the international type outlet at the desk. There is one standard outlet next to the international type and if you need another outlet you can always unplug the DVD player. Announcements over the PA speaker that are not broadcast into your cabin can be heard on the room TV on the ship’s information channel.
