Here are some pictures from INSIDE cabin #5108 on Rotterdam. This cabin is mid-ship inside located on the backside of the midship elevators. Despite the proximity, there was NO noise. The cabin entrance is in a hallway connecting the port and starboard sides of the ship. There was no noise from the hallway either. The room is small. I chose this cabin because as the 3rd passenger booked, I was hoping to avoid the discomfort of the pullout. This cabin’s 3rd birth is on the couch. It literally flips over from couch to bed. Pictures show the room before and after. Out steward left the cabin in the bed position for the entire cruise. It did not change the usefulness of the cabin. The area around the main bed can only accommodate one person. If two people need to move about, one must go into the closet corner, or sit on the bed. This would make a great cabin for a solo traveler.
