This room was my in laws from December of 2021. They loved the location, the layout, and the size. With the layout there is a lot more space than a standard balcony. The balcony is oversized and was great. This room is set up as an ADA accessible room. There is a bench in the shower. The light AC switch is mounted lower and the hooks for hanging jackets are also mounted lower.
