Verandah stateroom 7058 is a double occupancy “pointy” verandah room located on deck 7 (Schubert deck) on the port side, toward the front, where the ship gets wider. The pointy part of the room gives you about 30 square feet of extra interior space.

The balcony is slightly larger than normal and is angled back. The view is slightly aft and you can see your next door neighbors if they are out on the balcony. The location is convenient to the forward bars and entertainment venues. It is a little bit of a walk to dining. All in all, we liked the room and booked it again on the Nieuw Statendam.
