4135 on Nieuw Statendam is a starboard side obstructed [quad] verandah immediately after the mid ship bulge.  This gives its verandah great protection from the wind as the forward partition wall protects from the wind and there is good roof coverage from the sun. It is a connecting room, but we experienced no noise problems from next door. We would be happy with this room again.
