4168 has the double wide balcony and has a few minor differences to the verandah cabins around it. It does lack the little shelf above the desk. The bathroom is set up a bit differently. It is a shower only cabin with a very wide sink counter space and tons of under sink storage. Also the bathroom door does not fold all the way back to the wall and latch there when opened. It seems to open in the opposite direction, folding back towards instead of away from the main entrance to the cabin. Not a big deal really.
Like 4166, it was quiet despite being next to a service area (the reason for the double balcony space). This space was utilized by the stewards during the day but we never heard any noise coming from that area during sleeping hours. We were in 4166 (the other double wide balcony cabin) and our son was in 4168, hence why the divider is open in most the photos.
