This is a Neptune Suite Cabin, at the corner Starboard aft of the ship. We love the aft wrap cabins, great views!
The following were submitted January 2025
I sailed on the Koningsdam for the January 2025 Circle Hawaii cruise. I’d like to share my cabin photos and experience.
This is a beautiful Neptune suite. It’s smaller and lacked a few details that I appreciated in the Vista class aft corner suites (I’ve been on Zuiderdam and Noordam). Namely, there’s less storage space, no separate dressing/vanity area, bathtub does not double as a shower – you have to use the tiny stall if you want a shower. The deck is significantly narrower, too, in comparison.
What absolutely makes up for these details however, is the additional window that the Vista class corner suites don’t have (They only have the windows and deck door on one wall, as opposed to two walls having windows on the Koningsdam). Aside from doubling the views, the additional window fills the room with light. I like a lot of downtime, spending a lot of time in my cabin on cruises, and this was the most pleasant cabin I’ve stayed in yet.
I traveled solo and had plenty of storage space in the closets and under the bed (2 big suitcases). I don’t travel light but there would have been enough room for one other person’s stuff comfortably.
