I have included a few photos of our recent cabin #5112 on the Noordam (04 to 26 April). At the time of the booking it was classified as VA. Cruisers need to be aware that this part of deck five is where you have reduced balconies – there is no room for a lounge, only a chair and stool and you look straight out over the life boats. We didn’t have many sea days so it really didn’t bother us but may impact some people.
We were two but the Cabin can sleep three however this meant that as a sofa it was quite uncomfortable.
We had contacted Guest Services prior to our cruise as we knew that my husband’s CPAP machine would not reach the power points over the desk. The extension lead was what we received on our first day in the cabin and was just what we needed.
Had plenty of room for storage – everything was put away from our cases. Was able to access the internet from the cabin, as slow as anywhere on the ship.
