Cabin 500 is an Inside Modified Handicap Stateroom that makes those with mobility issues have an enjoyable stay. Upon entering the stateroom, there will be closets all along the right side that will easily accommodate your belongings.
Straight ahead will be the bathroom. Fully renovated in 2010 it offers a shower with fold-down bench and just a small step into the shower. Granite countertop and beautiful tile adorn the expansive space.
Stateroom 500 is the largest of any Inside Staterooms on the Ryndam. It features a separate sitting area with a couch and table. Beds are nicely positioned so that the sitting area is separate from the sleeping quarters. The desk and vanity are positioned by the sitting area. Please note that if the beds are separated during your voyage, one person will not be able to view the television.
Please note that there will be vibration when the ship is either departing or nearing any port of call. But, that should not stop you from requesting this stateroom. Those who have a mobility problem will love this cabin. The extra space really made it nice to enjoy room service. It was like a suite without a window or balcony.
