4166 has the double wide balcony but is otherwise a normal verandah cabin like all the others around it. It does lack the little shelf above the desk. It was quiet despite being next to a service area (the reason for the double balcony space. This space was utilized by the stewards during the day but we never heard any noise coming from that area during sleeping hours. We were in 4166 and our son was in 4168 (the other double wide balcony cabin), hence why the divider is open in most the photos.
