This is an partially obstructed view lower promenade cabin. There was noise from the kitchen above so I used ear plugs. My husband did not complain about the noise. We had a ceiling leak twice during the cruise, in different spots. The first one they moved us to another room for the night. The second one was fixed more quickly. I think it was the AC. There also was work outside the window frequently during the daytime. I think the room is one of those being reclassified.
