Although this cabin is classified as obstructed view, you can actually see the sea between the metal frames. There is easy access to the outside Lower Promenade. There was occasional sound from the Franz Hals Lounge (theatre). This is a connecting room with 3307. We felt the room seemed larger when we had the beds separated. We got a fan and rented a fridge/cooler, so also needed to borrow a power bar from the Front Office.
