This was a great room close to the elevators and the doors out onto the side deck.
Short walk to the Ocean Bar (couldn’t hear the band when it played) the Pinnacle Grill and the other dining rooms. No noise what so ever from the Showroom at Sea which is up above.
Very close to stairs up to Deck 8 (Front Office Showroom at Sea)
A few negatives – minor really
There appeared to be very small floor space in bathroom – toilet faces the door, faces cabin interior! Door didn’t slide easily, noisy if moved during the night. Shower only room.
No razor point or cabinet in bathroom – two small shelves plus under sink shelf.
Bedside locker on one side only.
Beds seemed to be lower than usual so had to manipulate cases underneath – also no drawers at end of beds.
Wardrobe didn’t seem to have the same amount of useable space as in o/v cabins on other ships – (side by side along the wall)
My only personal complaint (grizzle) would be – the cabin door is right next to the head of the bed, (opened across the wardrobe door) and there is no privacy curtain there – so if you are still in bed when it’s opened you are in full view of the doorway also the light from the little walkway (which is on permanently) shines right in your eyes!
