I am attaching a scan of the document we received while taking the kitchen tour of the Veendam in January 2013. The original diagram of the area is not very high resolution so I do apologize for the “fat pixels” but that is all I have. I do like the fact the areas are well marked.
Cabin 390 is right under the dishwash station on the port side. Yep. And I have good reason to believe part of the pipechase is housed in the “cabinet” marked firefighting equipment that makes up the corner of that cabin. (That really was a great cruise though and I would do it again in a heartbeat.)
