Canaletto Dinner

Canaletto Small Plates
Bread was served with oil and balsamic vinegar. Next Bruschetta was served. These small plates are Clams and Chorizo, Veal and Sage Polpettina (Meatballs) and Salumi (Proscuitto, coppa, grissini and pecorino).

Canaletto Pasta Plates
These are some of the Pastas we ordered. Potato Gnocchi with braised short ribs (the meat was tender and moist). We had this twice. Spaghetti with Bolognese (delish!). Rigatoni with Italian Sausage (Wonderful).

Canaletto Large Plates
All of these were fantastic. Chicken Cacciatore served with parmesan polenta. Pork Saltimbocca with cannellini beans and Veal Piccata with lemon angel hair and kale crisps.

Canaletto Desserts
Pistachio Gelato, Strawberry Gelato, Trio of Tiramisu (Expresso, Lemon, Amaretto) and Limoncello.
